No. Bring the cars in first and run the next rental in DECK. Once you are on it you will not need the sheet for your cars, your customers or the rentals themselves. If it also holds other things, or you build your own reports from it, keep it for those. That part depends on how your business runs.
We rent to tourists on passports, not Emirates ID.
That is the normal case here. DECK scans passports and driving licences from any country, and the contract works the same way. Emirates ID is there when you want it, for residents and for anyone renting on one, so you are not locked into either.
Who signs when there are two drivers?
Both. Every driver named on the agreement signs it, and the contract lists all of them.
How does DECK get my Salik and Darb crossings?
You sign in to your own Salik and Darb accounts once. From then on DECK reads the crossings and the balance for you, and puts each one on the rental it belongs to.
What about the 2027 e-invoicing rule?
DECK issues normal VAT invoices today. The Peppol side of the FTA mandate is on our roadmap and is not live yet. We would rather tell you that now than after you sign.
We have two branches and six people on the desk.
That is one account. Every branch and every person who logs in is inside the price, and they all see the same fleet at the same time. Nobody is working from their own copy.
Does DECK take the payment from the customer?
No. Money still moves the way it moves in your business today: cash, the card machine, a transfer. DECK records the agreed price and the deposit on the contract, it does not take the payment itself. Payments inside DECK are planned for later, and nothing else here waits on them.
How long does it take to get started?
Literally minutes. Your cars come across in one import and the next rental you write goes through DECK. We stay on the phone while you do the first one, and that is the whole training.
